1. Who I am

My website address is https://filizhekimoglu.com. The site and the WHLE Offerings are operated by Filiz Hekimoğlu, a sole proprietorship (şahıs şirketi) registered in İzmir, Türkiye (“I”, “me”, “my”). You can read more about me on my About page. Questions? Contact me at filiz@filizhekimoglu.com.

2. What data I collect

I, Filiz Hekimoğlu, collect and process the following personal data about you:

Identity and contact details — name, email, phone, and shipping address when you contact me, order, book, register, or join a community space.
Order and booking information — what you purchase and related correspondence.
Payment information — most payments are handled by third-party providers; I do not store your full card details. If you pay by bank transfer (havale/EFT), I may keep a record of the bank details involved — such as the account holder’s name, IBAN, and payment reference — as part of my accounting records.
Payment processing — card payments may be processed securely by PayTR. PayTR may receive the information required to authorise, prevent fraud, complete, refund, or dispute a transaction. Full card details are not stored by me.
Account and community data — username, profile, and posts within accounts, Free Zone, BLooM, Telegram groups, or other group chats.
Comments — the data in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user-agent, for spam detection.
Newsletter data — your email if you subscribe.
Technical and usage data — IP, browser, device, and pages visited, via cookies.

3. Comments and Gravatar

When visitors leave comments I collect the data shown in the comments form, plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service; see automattic.com/privacy. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

4. Media

If you upload images, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

5. How I use your data

provide and deliver the products, services, events, courses, and trips you request;
process payments, arrange shipping, and manage bookings;
create and manage your account and community participation;
publish and moderate comments;
respond to your messages and provide support;
send my newsletter where you have subscribed (unsubscribe anytime);
operate, secure, and improve the site; and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

6. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where the EU/UK GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK applies, I rely on: performance of a contract; your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies); legitimate interests (running, securing, and improving the business, including spam detection); and legal obligation (tax and record-keeping).

7. Cookies

If you leave a comment you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for one year. Visiting the login page sets a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies. Logging in sets cookies for your login info and screen choices; “Remember Me” persists two weeks; logging out removes them. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

8. Embedded content from other websites

Articles may include embedded content (e.g. Instagram posts, Spotify, videos, images). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website, and those sites may collect data about you, set cookies, and track your interaction, including if you are logged in to them.

9. Community spaces & group chats

My primary community, Free Zone, runs on my own website, where your profile, posts, and activity are stored as part of the site. I also use Telegram for group chats, announcements, and updates. Joining any of them is always voluntary. On Telegram, you can take part using a username. You may leave a space or group at any time. To be removed or raise a concern, contact me at filiz@filizhekimoglu.com.

10. Who I share your data with

I do not sell your personal data. I share it only with: PayTR or another payment provider used on the Site, solely to process and secure payments; shipping and logistics providers; service providers that help me run the site, email/newsletter, and community spaces; an automated spam-detection service; and authorities or advisors where required by law. Some providers may process data outside your country, with appropriate safeguards.

11. How long I retain your data

Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely. For registered users I store the profile information they provide; all users can see, edit, or delete their information at any time (except the username). Order, booking, and payment records are kept as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then securely deleted or anonymised.

12. What rights you have over your data

If you have an account or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data I hold about you, and request that I erase it — except data I must keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Email filiz@filizhekimoglu.com to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

13. Children

The site and Offerings are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. Contact me if you believe a child has provided data so I can remove it.

14. Security

I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

15. Changes to this Policy

I may update this Policy from time to time. The version on this page with the “Last updated” date is current.

1. Ben kimim

Web sitemin adresi https://filizhekimoglu.com.

3. Yorumlar ve Gravatar

Ziyaretçiler yorum bıraktığında, yorum formundaki verilerin yanı sıra spam tespitine yardımcı olmak için IP adresi ve tarayıcı bilgisi toplanır. E-posta adresinizden oluşturulan anonim bir dizge (hash) Gravatar hizmetine sağlanabilir; bkz. automattic.com/privacy. Yorumunuz onaylandıktan sonra profil görseliniz yorumunuzla birlikte herkese görünür olur.

4. Medya

Görsel yüklerken, konum verisi (EXIF GPS) gömülü görsellerden kaçının. Ziyaretçiler sitedeki görsellerden konum verisini indirebilir ve çıkarabilir.

5. Verilerinizi nasıl kullanıyorum

talep ettiğiniz ürün, hizmet, etkinlik, kurs ve gezileri sunmak ve teslim etmek;
ödemeleri işlemek, kargoyu düzenlemek ve rezervasyonları yönetmek;
hesabınızı ve topluluk katılımınızı oluşturmak ve yönetmek;
yorumları yayınlamak ve denetlemek;
mesajlarınıza yanıt vermek ve destek sağlamak;
abone olduysanız bültenimizi göndermek (istediğiniz an çıkabilirsiniz);
siteyi işletmek, güvenliğini sağlamak ve geliştirmek; yasal, vergisel ve muhasebe yükümlülüklerine uymak.

6. Hukuki sebepler (KVKK / GDPR)

Türkiye’nin KVKK’sı veya AB/İngiltere GDPR’ı uygulandığında şu sebeplere dayanırım: bir sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası; açık rızanız (bülten, zorunlu olmayan çerezler); meşru menfaatler (işin yürütülmesi, güvenliği ve geliştirilmesi, spam tespiti dahil); ve hukuki yükümlülük (vergi ve kayıt tutma).

Bunların hepsine katılım her zaman gönüllüdür.

15. Bu Politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu Politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebilirim. “Son güncelleme” tarihini taşıyan bu sayfadaki sürüm geçerli olandır.

Terms of Service

WHLE — Wholeness. Healing. Living. Evolving.
Last updated: 02.06.2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of www.filizhekimoglu.com (the “Site”) and all products, services, events, courses, content, and community spaces offered under the WHLE brand (the “Offerings”), operated by Filiz Hekimoğlu, a sole proprietorship (şahıs şirketi) registered in İzmir, Türkiye. By using the Site, purchasing an Offering, joining a community space, or subscribing to my newsletter, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your country) to purchase Offerings or contract with me. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. My Offerings

WHLE brings together several kinds of offerings:

Unique products — physical objects, including vintage, handmade, and one-of-a-kind pieces.
Digital educational products — online courses, recorded content, and downloadable learning materials.
Advisory & guidance — one-to-one advisory and mentoring sessions and personal-development programs.
Events & gatherings — in-person and online events, seminars, and gatherings.
Educational travel — curated learning and experiential travel.
Community & membership — community spaces and, where applicable, paid membership.
A free newsletter by email.

Because many products are unique or handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are normal and are not defects.

4. Orders, bookings and payment

Prices are shown and charged in Turkish Lira (TRY). Prices may change before you order.
An order is confirmed only once I accept it and payment is received. I may decline or cancel an order and refund any amount paid.
Payments are processed securely through my payment provider; I do not store your full card details.
You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees in your country.

5. Sessions, courses and events — your responsibilities

Review booking details, dates, and requirements before paying. You are responsible for arriving on time and meeting any travel, visa, insurance, or health requirements, and for behaving respectfully. I may remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive, without refund.

6. Important wellbeing disclaimer

My advisory and guidance sessions, mentoring, courses, and related content are for personal growth, reflection, and education only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment, and are not a substitute for professional healthcare. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of anything in the Offerings. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. You participate voluntarily and remain responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.

7. Independence & freedom of choice

My Offerings are not affiliated with, and do not represent or promote, any religion, faith, political party, or ideological movement; they are offered with equal respect to people of every background and belief. I believe every individual has the right to make their own choices, of their own free will. Nothing in the Offerings is intended to direct, pressure, or replace your personal judgement; what you take from them, and the choices you make, are entirely your own.

8. Community spaces and conduct

In Free Zone, BLooM, group chats, or any community space, you agree not to post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing content; share others’ private information; spam or advertise without permission; or disrupt the space. I may moderate, edit, or remove content and suspend or remove members to keep the space safe.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, photographs, logos, the WHLE and “TheLong…” names and marks, course materials, and designs — belongs to me or my licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute my content or course materials without written permission.

10. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (e.g. Telegram, Instagram, Spotify, a payment provider). I am not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Offerings are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; my total liability for any Offering will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing limits your mandatory consumer-protection rights.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Offerings.

13. Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page with the “Last updated” date applies.

14. Governing law & cross-border (export/import) sales

These Terms and any sale made under them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence.

Sales outside Türkiye (export). Where you order from outside Türkiye, the goods are dispatched from Türkiye and the sale is treated as an export. You act as the importer in your own country and are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT or other taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with the import rules of your country. Unless I expressly state otherwise, the price does not include these charges; any duties or taxes levied on import are payable by you.

Shipping, risk and restrictions. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for international orders are shown before you pay. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you. Some items — for example vintage, antique, or culturally significant objects — may be subject to export or import restrictions; if an item cannot lawfully be sent to your country, I will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Digital products & services. Online courses, digital content, sessions, and event places are delivered electronically — there is no shipping, and no customs or import duties apply. Access details are sent to you by email after payment is confirmed. Any taxes due in your own country on digital services or content are subject to the applicable law there. Once digital content has been accessed or downloaded with your consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies; live sessions and events follow my Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If the law of your country of residence gives you stronger mandatory consumer rights than these Terms, those rights continue to apply.

15. Payment security, fraud and chargebacks

Card payments may be processed by PayTR. I may cancel, pause, or request additional verification for an order where there is a reasonable risk of fraud, unauthorised use, incorrect payment information, or abuse of the Site. If you believe a payment is incorrect, contact me first at filiz@filizhekimoglu.com so the issue can be investigated. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory right to contact your bank or payment provider.

16. Force majeure

I am not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond my control, including natural disasters, public-authority decisions, war, civil disturbance, epidemic, internet or infrastructure outages, transport disruption, labour disputes, or the failure of essential third-party services. Where possible, I will inform you and offer a reasonable alternative, rescheduling, credit, or refund according to the nature of the affected Offering and applicable law.

Her bireyin, kendi özgür iradesiyle her türlü seçimi yapma hakkı olduğuna inanırım. Hizmetlerimdeki hiçbir şey kişisel kararınızı yönlendirmeyi, baskılamayı veya onun yerine geçmeyi amaçlamaz; bunlardan ne aldığınız ve verdiğiniz kararlar tamamen size aittir.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

WHLE — Wholeness. Healing. Living. Evolving.
Last updated: 02.06.2026

I want you to love what you receive from WHLE. If something isn’t right, I’m here to help. Because I offer very different things — handmade and vintage objects, one-to-one sessions, online courses, gatherings, and travel — please read the part that applies to what you bought.

How your purchase is processed. Payments are processed securely in Turkish Lira (TRY) through my payment provider. I do not store your full card details.

Returns — physical items (Collection)

My return policy lasts 14 days from the day your item is delivered. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email me first at filiz@filizhekimoglu.com before sending anything back. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, and your refund is issued once I have received the item and confirmed its condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order pieces
Items that are intimate or sanitary by nature
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products (covered separately below)

Online courses, digital content & the movie club

Because digital products are delivered straight away, refunds are only possible if you have not yet accessed or downloaded the content. Email me within 48 hours of purchase and — provided you haven’t accessed the material — I’ll issue a full refund. Once accessed, or once 48 hours have passed, the purchase is final.

Your digital offering reaches you as a PDF, audio, or video — but because WHLE is built on human connection, a complimentary live session is included as my gift to you, planned together, and enjoyed once.

Re-downloads. Digital downloads are delivered once. If you lose your copy or would like to download it again, and the file is still available in my archive, I can re-send it to you for a fee of 20% of the original purchase price.

Sessions, coaching & mentoring

Give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
More than 48 hours: reschedule once at no charge, or receive a credit.
Less than 48 hours, or a no-show: charged in full, non-refundable.
If I cancel, I reschedule or fully refund that session.

Events & gatherings (Events)

More than 14 days before: full refund, minus any non-recoverable costs.
Between 14 and 7 days before: 30% refund, or transfer your place.
Less than 7 days before, or a no-show: non-refundable.
If I cancel or reschedule, you may transfer your place or take a full refund.

To create these gatherings, I pay certain costs in advance to third parties — chef, food, venue. These cannot be recovered, so they are deducted from any refund.

Travel experiences (Travel)

Deposits are non-refundable once paid, as they secure your place.
More than 60 days before departure: refund minus the deposit and any non-recoverable costs.
60–30 days before: 30% of amounts paid (excluding deposit).
Fewer than 30 days before, or a no-show: non-refundable.

Flights, visas and travel documents are your own responsibility. I provide the arrival airport and meeting time; the journey there is arranged and paid for by you. I strongly recommend travel insurance.

Memberships (Free Zone / a Hand, where paid)

Paid memberships are valid for the period you purchase. At the end of that period, your membership ends automatically. You can cancel any time during your paid period; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund is applied to your original method of payment. Any bank or payment-processing fees are your responsibility and are deducted from the amount returned. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency; I am not responsible for exchange-rate changes.

Payment-provider processing and disputes

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. The time required for the amount to appear may depend on PayTR, your card scheme, and your bank. Before starting a chargeback, please contact me at filiz@filizhekimoglu.com so I can review the order and any delivery, access, cancellation, or refund records. This request does not remove any mandatory legal or banking rights you may have.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country.

WHLE — Bütünlük. Şifa. Yaşam. Evrim.

Seyahat deneyimleri (Travel)

Depozitolar ödendikten sonra iade edilmez; yerinizi güvenceye alırlar.
Kalkıştan 60 günden fazla önce: depozito ve geri alınamayan masraflar düşülerek iade.
60–30 gün önce: ödenen tutarların %30’u (depozito hariç).
30 günden az önce veya gelmeme: iade edilmez.

Uçuşlar, vizeler ve seyahat belgeleri sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Varış havalimanını ve buluşma saatini ben veririm; oraya yolculuk sizin tarafınızdan düzenlenir ve ödenir. Seyahat sigortasını şiddetle öneririm.

Üyelikler (Free Zone / a Hand, ücretli olduğunda)

Ücretli üyelikler satın aldığınız dönem için geçerlidir. Dönem sonunda üyeliğiniz otomatik olarak biter. Ücretli döneminiz boyunca istediğiniz an iptal edebilirsiniz; mevcut dönem için ödenen ücretler, yasanın gerektirdiği haller dışında iade edilmez.

6. İletişim

Çerezlerle ilgili sorularınızı filiz@filizhekimoglu.com adresine iletebilirsiniz.
